So I will be closing shop on The Modern Republic. In the last 18 months it has gone well, but it has to transfer and split. Unfortunately in the last month its been brought to our attention of a conservative action group called The Modern Republic. They're the kind conservatives that support the Tea Party Patriots, racists, and Obama-haters. Now obviously we stand for none of those ideas, so we'll be splitting to rid ourselves of a name that was originally such a good idea. The content will still be available in the following places. Everything football related will be found at The Modern Gooner, as well as on our new Arsenal Supporter site which will be launched in the next 2 weeks. Everything music, design and culture related will be found on My Modern Soul.
It was great while it lasted, but we're not dying, we're just packing our bags and moving to new homes. So update your feeds if you follow us that way, or else, just save the new links and keep stopping by.
